Parish of Saint Giles's Cripplegate in the City of
London Gentleman maketh Oath and Saith that
he this Deponent was present and did see Sarah
Pearcey otherwise Couling Sign and Seal and as her
Act and Deed deliver the Release hereunto
annexed and that the names "Sarah Percy otherwise
Couling" thereto set and Subscribed is the proper
Hand writing of the said Sarah Percy otherwise
Couling And this Deponent further Saith that
the Names "Thos. Couling" and S Foskett" there to
set and subscribed as Witnesses are of the proper
Hands writing of the said Thomas Couling< no role > and
this Deponent repectively
