His Majesty's Justices assigned to keep the Peace in the County<lb></lb>
aforesaid, and also to hear and determine divers Felonies, Tres-<lb></lb>
passes and other Misdemeanours committed in the same County,<lb></lb>
at this present Session of the Peace, holden at the SESSION-HOUSE<lb></lb>
in and for the said County, (if the Court shall be here fitting)<lb></lb>
to answer to an Indictment found against them for unlawfully<lb></lb>
keeping and Maintaining for their own filthy Lucre<lb></lb>
and Gain a certain Common Bawdy House at the<lb></lb>
parish aforesaid<lb></lb>
And if the Court shall not be fitting at the Time of<lb></lb>
such Taking, then that you, or some or one of you, forthwith af-<lb></lb>
terward bring the said Party before us, or some other His Ma-<lb></lb>
jesty's Justices of the Peace for the same County. to find sufficient<lb></lb>
Sureties personally to appear at this present Session, to answer the<lb></lb>
same Indictment, and all such other Matters as on His Majesty's<lb></lb>
Behalf shall be here objected. And if t he y cannot be taken during<lb></lb>
this present Session, then that you bring t h em before us, or some<lb></lb>
other of his Majesty's <rs type="occupation" id="LMSMPS50824_occ61">Justices of the Peace</rs>

for the said County as<lb></lb>
speedily after as may be, to find such Sureties personally to appear<lb></lb>
