Labourers in the Art and Occupation of a Coach Wheelwright , on the 7th. day of May last,
unlawfully did combine, conspire, confederate, and agree together
and to and with divers other Artificers, Workmen, and Labourers,
in the said Art and Occupation, whose names are as yet unknown
that they, and the said other Artificers, Workman and Labourers or
any of them, would not, nor should after the said 7th. day of May
work and labour in the said Art and Occupation but at certain
excessive Prices and Rates (that is to say) for the making of every
Set of Common Wheels for a Coach or Chariot or for a Carriage
called a Phaeton the Sum of 16s / 8d and for the making of every
Pair of Hind Wheels called Fourteens for a Coach or Chariot or
for a Carriage called a Phaeton the Sum of 11s / 4d the aforesaid Prices
and Rates abovespecified and each and every of them being more
then the several and respective Prices and Rates which had been
used and accustomed to be paid or allowed to Artificers Workmen
and Labourers employed in the said Art and Occupation of a
Coach Wheelwright for such Work and Labour

For unlawfully combining conspiring confederating and
agreeing together and to and with divers other Artificers Workmen
and Labourers in the said Art and Occupation whose Names are
as yet unknown that they and the said other Artificers Workmen
and Labourers would not Work and Labour in the said Art and
Occupation at the usual and accustomed Prices and Rates which
were then paid and allowed to them and such other Artificers
Workmen and Labourers in the said Art and Occupation for their
Work and Labour but at greater Prices and Rates than were
usually paid and allowed to them and such other Artificers
Workmen and Labourers in the said Art and Occupation for
their Work and Labour on the said 7th. day of May
