Middlesex

These are to Certify that at the General Quarter Session of the
Peace of our Lord the King Holden in and for the County of Middlesex
at the Sessions house for the said County (by adjournment) on Tuesday
the Fifth day of April in the Twenty fifth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Third King of Great Britain of Thomas
Brown
< no role > late of the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the County of
Middlesex Labourer was and now stands Indicted for feloniously
Healing on the sixth day of October then last past Ten Thousand
Ounces of Silver being Dollars and Parts of Dollars of the value of
Two Thousand and four hundred pounds and several other things
the goods and Chattels of Joel Goddard< no role > then and there being in
a certain ship called The Elbe on the Navigable [..] of than
against the peace &c. And these are further to Certify
that it appears to me upon Search among the Records of the Several
Sessions of the Peace since holden for the said County of Middlesex
and also at the General Session of the Peace of our Lord the King
holden for the said County on Monday the Twenty Eighth day of
August now last past that the said Thomas Brown< no role > by One Process
of Law duly issued against him upon the said Indictment is and
now stands outlawed for the said Gelony Dated the 26th.. day
of September 1786.
