To The Worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in their General
Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petitions and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Paul Covent Garden in the sd County.

Sheweth


That by virtue of a pass Warrant an order under
the Hands and Seals of John Collick< no role > and N. Forster Esquires
two of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the City and
Liberty of Westminster in the said Countyof(one whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing date the 19th day of May Inst. Elizabeth
Lynch
< no role > Widow was removed and conveyed from and out
of the parish of Saint Martin in the fields in the said City
and Liberty to the said Parish of St Paul Covent garden at the
place of her last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners Conceive themselves
aggreived by the Order of the said Two Justices
therefore humbly Appeal to this Court against
the said Order and pray your Worships
will be pleased to appoint a day in this
present Session for the hearing & determining
the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall pray Etc
