County of CHESTER , to wit. At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace
of our Lord the King, held at Nether Knutsford , in and
for the said County, on Tuesday in the first week after the
Translation of St. Thomas the Martyr, to wit, the 12th Day of
July, in th Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven Hundred
and Eighty-five, and in the Twenty-fifth Year of the Reign of
our Sovereign Lord George the Third, King of Great Britain,
and so forth, before the Right Honourable George Har-
ry Earl of Stampford , Keeper of the Rolls for the said County,

Lord the King, assigned to keep the Peace of or said Lord
the King, in the said County; and also to hear and determine
divers Felonies, Trespasses, and other Misdemeanors committed
within the said County of Chester.

THE Report of the Committee of Magistrates of the Counties of Chester
and Lancaster respecting the expences of maintaining, conveying and ship-
ping Vagrants in the said respective Counties having been read, ORDERED,
That the same and the Order of the Court of Quarter Sessions of the County
of Chester thereby referred to, be printed, and that copies thereof be sent to
all the acting Magistrates for the said County of Chester : and that copies
thereof, and of this order subjoined thereto, shall also be sent to the Clerks of
the Peace and Town Clerks in the several other Counties and inferior Ju-
risdictions
