Defendant Maketh Oath that and about the fifteenth
Day of November last this Deponent Up that with
William Kaye< no role > of the Parish of Saint George Hanover
Square Gentleman [..] into a Recognizance
before Sir Sampson Wright< no role > Knight to Prosecute an
Appeal at the then next General Quarter Sessions
upon a Conviction had against this Deponent on the
15th, Day of Octr, then last past before William Coleman< no role >
Esquire one of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for
this County for that this Dept. And [..] & Neglected
to Perform his [..] Duty on the High says of
Enfield Shaw District for the Year 1784. or to pay his
Amposdion for the same & Sheet he this dept. should
abide the order of & Jury such Costs as should be Awarded
by the Justices at the said desscond and this dept Saith
that John Kaye< no role > who has the Conduct [..]
of this deponents app [..] upon Esqrs. C [..] of the
said Daniel Grover< no role > soon afterwards tend a Meeting
together [..] was [..] by the said Daniel
Grover< no role > that this dept should pay the said Daniel Grover< no role >
a Seem of about 14th of 15th which he said he had paid laid
out & Expended & was then due toLabours & other Persons
his Work done in the said [..] (over Hosier's the
Statute Labour which had been done by this Deponent
