prefer any Bill of Indictment there against
him for the same and this Deponent further
Saith that the reason of his not Preferring and
Indictment against him in Middlesex was
totally owing to his Ignorance and not with
any View Intent or Design that the Prisoner
should Escape Justice and go Impunished.
