Moved that it is the Opinion of this Court
that the Plan for a House of Correction now
produced is a proper and Convenience plan for a
House of Correction for this County and ought to
be adopted & Carried into Execution Carried Hor [..]
in the Affirmative

Moved and Seconded that a Bill be prepared
to be presented to Parliament To Enable His Majestys
Justices of the peace for the County of Middlesex
to Raise a Sum of Money by very of Annuity
or Tontine for the purpose of building an House
of Correction for the said County Carried know
in the Affirmative

Resolved that William Mainwaring< no role > Esq
the Chairman of the Sessions Sir Herbert Mackworth< no role >
Baronet & William Bleamire< no role > Esq be a Committee
to prepare the said Bill & 4 to proceed & to Carry
the same through Parliament

Resolved that the further Consideration of
this business be adjourned to the County day of the
next Session & short a Circular Letter be some by
the Clerk of the peace to His Majesty Justices of
the peace for this County given Notice thereof
