To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices
the Peace for the County of Middlesex at the
General Session of the Peace in and for the
said County-Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint John of Wapping in the County of
Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by an order of Removal under the
Hands and Seals of Rice Davies< no role > Esqr . and Robert Smith< no role > Esqr .
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the
said County (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date
the Twenty seventh day of January last Mary Webster< no role >
(Widow of George Webster< no role > deceased) together with her five
Children and lawful Issue by her said Husband namely
Mary< no role > Aged about Seven years John< no role > Aged about ten
years and Eight Months Joseph< no role > Aged about Seven Years
and one Month Elizabeth< no role > Aged about three Years and
ten Months and a Male Child not yet Baptized Aged
about Eleven Months were removed from the Parish of
Saint Botolph with out Aldgate in the County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint John of Wapping as
the place of their last legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners Conceives
themselves Aggrieved by the said Order and do Appeal
against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humble
Pray that a day may be appointed of the
Present Session to hear and determine
Matter of the said Appeal and that
Parties concerned may then Attend

And Your Petitioners
