said Park the Earl was Ranger and Continued his Service at the said Lodge Ten Weeks and was then Married to the Pauper who was at the same time<lb></lb>
aged from their said service that they were Married in the Parish Church of <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50806_geo259">New Windsor</rs>

and are described in the Register of Marriages as Inhabitants<lb></lb>

nor has any part of the Castle Lodge or Park ever been charged in any Parish<lb></lb>
and also 31 Acres of improved Land (the latter about the Value of £26 per Annum) both lying between the Castle and the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50806_geo261">River Thames</rs>

Were<lb></lb>
of New Windsor having there by lost the advantage of Rating the said 31 Acres of improved Land and of Commonage such as Pasturage of Cattle<lb></lb>
a Compensation for such loss and accordingly obtained Grants from the Crown to the Mayor of the Corporation and Churchwardens of the Parish for the<lb></lb>
annum is received by the Mayor for the use of the Corporation and £100 per Annum is received by the Church wardens and applied by them in aid of<lb></lb>
lay on the North Side of the Castle between the Park Wall and the <rs type="placeName" id="LMSMPS50806_geo262">River Thames</rs>

<interp inst="LMSMPS50806_geo262" type="type" value="undefined"></interp>
and the said Lodge is on the South East Side of the Costle<lb></lb>
New Windsor perambulate the Bounds of their Parish they go entirely round and encompass on every Side the our Castle Lodge and Park<lb></lb>
