Smiths Works
North and
South Fronts
Four lengths of Cost Iron Railing similar
to those round
the Airys, to continue along the said fronts Except the Middle
presiding parts, the End next the West Front to be Rounded
and
[..] up to Mr Halls Door
West Front
A Length of the Same to the fixed on one side the Bow
towards the Southside, and connected by the Rounded
parts with the Railing on the South side
All the above to be let into the Stone and Run with
lead.
The Standards. and Braces were Necessary and
Top Rails to be of wrought Irons
Two Semicircular Wrought Iron Barrs with
Spekes fixed to the Stone Peers & Iron Rails next East front
to prevent Passing on stopping there
Massons Works
East Front
The whole front and return as desorded in the Scetch
to be Edged with Granite Step in and filled in with Yorkshire
Paving
North Do
Aberdeen Grenite Step Returnd per the Man and founded at the End
Portland Curb 8 Inches by 6 Inches were desordead to be
fixed on foolings of Breek work with holes cut for Iron Railing
The inside next the House to be paved with Yorkshire
The Squares that are taken from the front on to be laid at the
three Openings in this front and the Remainder filled in at the
West End between the Curb and the House
West Do
Grande Curb & a Portland Curb & Yorkshire Paving & Shilling at
before deserted pd the Plan rounded at the End
South Front
The Same Curbs Paving and Railing as before deserted
Two portland Steps and two Do Spandrels to Mc Halls Door
and that Halfpace filled in with two Inch Portland paving
Between the two Curbs to be filled in all round
were not paved with good hard Secur'd Ballen
K Recepay Buckwork Whiper formd by the Mason
The portland
Curb plugd & Run with Lead
The whole to be done to the fates faction of Mc Leroux
and the Contract finally determined & settledley seem as Surveyor
