To the worshipful his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex at their General Session of the
Peace Assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in
the County of Middlesex .

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Order under the Hands and
Seals of I. Beete and Jno. Griffiths< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices
of the Peace acting in and for the County of Middlesex (one whereof
being of the Quorum) bearing date the first day of December last
Past James Hill< no role > and Jane < no role > his wife were removed and conveyed
from and out of the Parish of Saint George Hanover Square in
the County of Middlesex aforesaid to the said Parish of Saint Paul
Shadwell as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the said
James Hill< no role > and Jane his Wife.

Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrivered by the
Adjudication of the said two Justices and therefore
humbly appeal to this Court against the same
and pray your Worships will appoint a day in the
Present Session for the Hearing and Determining
the said Appeal.
