Charles Eyles< no role > Deputy Clerk of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex maketh Oath and saith that over
about the third day of December last he delivered to the Sheriff
of the County of Middlesex an Estreat a Extract of the Issues fines
Americaments and recognizances forfeited and set in the
several Sessions of the peace holden in and for the County of
Middlesex between Michaelmas 1778 and Michaelmas
1779 And did also deliver into this Honourable Court to Wit to
Sir John Skynner< no role > Knight Chief Baron of this Honourable
Court a duplicate of such Estreat so delivered to the Sheriff
aforesaid That some time after the delivery of the Estreat
aforesaid this deponent discovered that a fine set and imposed
by the Court at the General Quarter Session of the Peace holden
in and for the said County in the Month of January 1779
upon one Ann Fenwick< no role > upon her conviction on an Indictment
against her for a Certain Misdemeanour was omitted to be
inserted in the said Estreat, That this deponent at the time
he first discovered the said omission being extremely anxious
to rectify the mistake did inform the Sheriff of the said County
of Middlesex by writing under his this deponents hand of
the said fine and of the omission thereof in the General Estreat
by him delivered to the said Sheriff as aforesaid and did also
cause to be offered at the office of the Lord Treasurer's Remembrancers
a like Certificate but from a difficulty arising with respect to the
manner in which the said Omission can be supplied the said
Certificate could not be received nor hath the Estreat of the
said fine been yet made apart of the General Estreat aforesaid
And this deponent further saith that he this deponent did
