Middlesex at their General Quarter Sessions of the
Peace in and for the said County Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Isleworth in the sd: County

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals
of John Griffiths< no role > and George Reid < no role > Esquires two of His Majestys Justices
of the Peace acting in and for the City and Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the twelfth day of August 1785 Harriet Herne aged Eight years
and George < no role > Frederick Herne< no role > aged six years the two Children of
John Herne< no role > were removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint
George Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminster in the
County of Middlesex aforesaid to the Parish of Isleworth in the
said County of Middlesex as the place of their last legal Settlemt:

That your Petitioners conceive themselves agrieved by
the said Order and do Appeal against the same

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly Pray
that a Day may be appointed of this
present Session to hear and Determine the
matter of the said Appeal and that all parties
concerned may then attend

And your Petitioners shall ever Pray Etc.
