annexed It is Ordered that Notice at Tryal to be left with
the Attorney in the above Prosecution [..] as also at the Office of the Clerk
of the Peace for this County for the first day of the next Session be
deemed good service (in case Prosecution or his [..] Present abide
cannot be found in the Meantime) and that the Recognizance
for the Defendants Appearance at this Session do Stand respite.
