The Resolution marketto came in her

Resolved that it is the Opinion of this Meeting that
as the Session of Oyer and Terminer and Goal delivery and of the
peace for the County of Middlesex is held eight times in the
year it is not necessary to hold such Session more frequently
that many Inconveniencies would in the Opinion of the
CommitteeMeeting arise from holding a Sessions every
week. And that prisoners being sent from the Goals in
the Boro'. of Southwark or County of Surry to the Custody to the Keeper of
Clerkenwell Bridewell in the Co: of Middx previous to every Sessions [..]
Keeper to keep such Prisoners in Custodyto be them kept certain till delivered by
& in Course of Law in like manner as if such prisoner was
charged or Indicted in the Co: of Middlesex in the manner
intended by the sd Billiswill be an unreasonable and unjust
Burthen and Expence on the County of Middlesex
That the great Number of Prisoners confined in Re [..]
is not [..] to the went the more frequent Sessions [..] but
the Delay of carry in into Execution
tothe Sentences passed on the several Criminalsnot being
carried into Execution with

altho' a Weekly Session wod be attended with many Inconveniencies

that it wod tend much to the Regulation of the police if
