Peace and having accurately examined Mr.
Hursts Plan and being returned and declaring
that that plan was pirated from his
the sd Mr Blackburn Original designe on the same Subjects

The Consn. of the
plans for a House
of Correcton adjourned
to the County Day of
the next Sessn &
Notice in the mean
time to be Given to
Messrs Blackburn &
Hiders to attend


A Motion was made and seconded
that the further Conson and investigation
of this Business he adjourned until
the County Day of the next Session &
that in the mean time Mr Blackburn &
Mr Hurst have Notice sent to them
by the Clerk of the Peace to attend on
that Day in order to inquire into the
Orginality of Mr Hursts Plan and the
