Which Report being read a Motion was made that
the same be received which was ordered accordingly

It is Ordered That the said Edward Rudston Langdale< no role >
the acting Executor of the late Charles Eyles< no role > Esqr .
do forthwith deliver ever to The Treasurer of this
County or his Deputy all the Accounts and Vouchers &
other Books papers and Writings belongg to this
County [..] remaining in the hands of the said Mr.
Eyles as Treasurer or Receiver as aforesaid at
the time of his decease.

And It is farther Ordered that the said
Edward Rudston Longdale< no role > do forthwith pay
unto Mr. Burchel the present Treasurer
of this County the Sum of £98:17s:6d being the
Ballance due to the County Stock remaining in
the Hands of the said Charles Eyles< no role > Esqr . at the
time of his decease and that the Receipt of
the said Burchell together with a Copy
of this Order shall be a sufficient discharges
to the said Edward Rudston Longdales for the
payments of the said Sum of £98:17.6
