To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace forth
County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace
Assembled

The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of West ham in the County of Essex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order under the Hand s and Seals of
George Booth< no role > and William Blackborrow< no role > Esquire , Two of he Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the County of Middlesex One being of the
Quorum bearing late the Ninth day of February instant Mary
Newby
< no role > and her three Children Vizt. Sarah< no role > Aged Thirteen Years
and upwards Elizabeth< no role > aged Four Years or there about Marianne< no role >
Aged Two Years or there about were removed and Conveyed from
the Parish of Saint James at Clarkenwell in the County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of West ham in the County of Essex
at the Place of their last legal Settlement

Your Petitioners thinking themselves Aggrieved
by the said Order [..] the Removal of the said Elizabeth and Marianne Appeal to this Court against
the same and humbly Pray your Worships
to Appoint a day for to hear and determine
the same
