To the Worshipful his Majesties Justices of the Peace in the County of
Middlesex at their General Quarter Session of the Peace Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint George
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Warrant or Orden of Removal under
the Hands and Seals of W. Blackborow and Themas Cogan< no role > Esquires
two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace Acting in and of the said County
of Middlesex (one whereof being of the Quarum) bearing date the
Twenty Eighth day of September new last past Phillis Knott< no role > Widow
was Removed and Concerned from and out of the Parish of Saint
Sepulchre in the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of
Saint George as the Place of the last legal Settlement of the
said Phillis Knott< no role > Whereby your Petitioners conceive themselves
to be Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
Appeal to this Court against the Order and
Adjudication of the said two Justices and
pray your Worships will Appoint a Day
for the hearing and Determination of the
same Appeal

And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
