To the Worshipfull His Majesties Justices of the Peace for the County of
Middlesex in their General Session of Peace assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwarden and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint Mary Northgate in the City of
Canterbury .

Sheweth


That by virtue of a pass Warrant or order under the Hands and
Selas of D. Wilmot and Chas. Friguet< no role > Esquires two of His Majestys
Justices of the Peace for the said County (one Whereof being of the
Quorrum) bearing date theday ofPhineas Obree< no role >
and his four Children lawful Issue namely Phineas William< no role > aged
Seven Years Mary Elizabeth< no role > aged five Years James< no role > aged three Years
and Apisoby< no role > aged two Years were removed and conveyed from and
out of the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch in the said County of
Middlesex to the Parish of Saint Mary Northgate in the City of
Canterbury as the place of their last legal Settlen at

Your Petitioners conceive themselves aggrieved
by the said Order of the aid two Justices therefore
humbly appeal to this Court against the same
and pray your Worshipsh will be pleased to
appoint a day in this present Session for hearing
and determining the said Appeal

And your Petitioners shall ever pray
