The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster
in the said County
Sheweth
That by Virtue of an Order under the Hands
and Seals of The Reverend Sir

Esquire two of His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace in and for the said County bearing date the 11th. day
of December last
John Bond< no role >
his Wife and two Children were
removed and conveyed from the Parish of Saint James at
Clerkenwell
in the County aforesaid to the said Parish of
Saint James Westminster
as the place of their last legal
Settlement whereby Your Petitioners conceive themselves to
be aggrieved.
Your Petitioners therefore humbly Appeal
to this Court against the Adjudication of the
said two Justices and their said Order and pray
that your Worships will be pleased to appoint
a Day to hear and determine the said Appeal
And your Petitioners will ever pray Etc.
