Mr. Sinclair presents His most respectfull Compts
to Mr. Eyles, is sory. to trouble Him on the present
Occasion, but a Servant , Jno. Fothergill< no role > , haveing
Omitted to attend the prosecution of Thos Ryan< no role >
who was detected Stealing from Mr Sinclairs
Wharf, His Recognizance is Forfeitedand
Mr Sinclair is under the necessity of asking
Mr Eyles the favour of geting the man.

Fothergill out of the Scrape if it can be
done with propriety
