The favour of your attendance is desired at a Committee
appointed to meet at the Session House for the said County onThursdaySaturday
the11th5th. day ofSeptemberAugust next at 12 Clock at noon Precisely. To Consider
the Rights of the County to levy the County Rate within the Liberty of the
Tower of London and the Proper mode of enforcing the Payment of it
