Mr. Eyles laid before the Commee a printed paper [..] Copy of the [..]
of Affixnance, by the Court of Exchequer at Westmr.
of the liberty from leges franchises Immunities
& Exceptions granted to the Inhabitants of the
Forser of London by Letters patent of 3d of King James
11d.

that certain district
therein particularly
mentd. as delineated
in a schedule to
the said talkes
patent annexed
and which said
district appears
to include [..] the Liberty
of the Town within
the Liberty of Saver
without the liberty
of Will close the
liberty of the old [..]
Ground and the Per [..]
of Trinity Minories
in contituted [..] the Liberty
of his Majestys Tower
of London

Whereby it appears among other things that the said liberty of the Tower of
London should be for ever thereafter assembled and freed from
the Government and correction of the Justices of the hear
and coroners of or within the County of Middlesex and
from all persons authority privilege and Jurisdiction of
them or either of them that the chief governor of the Tower
should by himself or suffd. deputy execute all wnts
[..] the said liberty, that a Sessions of the Peace
should be holden within and for the said Liberty
that Justices of her peace should his assigned and
appointd from time to time to held the said Sessions
that the sheriff & Justices of the peace and coroners
as also all others Officers and ministers within the City
of London and County if Middlesex an [..] forbed
and all other bacliffs officers and ministries of any Counts
whatsoever an [..] shilling any [..] and
forbed [..] [..] to intromit or inter medd in the said Liberty
