An Advertisement having appeared in
the Public Prints Purporting that - is Plan or
plans for an house of Correction would be this
day taken into considerations, I having at leisure
intervals formed a design for such purpose Supposed
it would neither be thought improper or unseasonable
to lay such plan before youShould its merits
at all intitle it to your attention I shall be
extremely happy in having filled up some vacant
houre to a good Purpose, and shall think my self
highly honored is called upon to enter into a Parti-
cular explanation of the design
