It is Ordered that William Watherston< no role > be permitted to Serve the
Prisoners on New prison at Clerkenwell and the House of Correction there
with Bread until the County day of the now next Session

Constable for the said Hand
in he stead of Jonathn.}


Passingham deed Cuts
High Conste . thereof.}


It being represented unto this Court that Jonathan Passingham< no role >
late of Heston and late High Constable for Isleworth Hundred in this County
departed this Life a few days ago It is Ordered that notice thereof be given
to the Magistrates residing and acting within and for the said Hundred
in order that they may consider of and nominate for the approbation and
appointment of His Majestys Justices of the peace for this County on the
County day of next Session a fit and proper person for the said Office of
High Constable within the said Hundred.

Order uopn the Contractor
for repairing the Carriage
way of St. James Hay
market forthwith to
repair the same}


It being represented to this Court that the Pavement of the
Carriage Way of the Saint James Haymarket in this County is greatly
out of repair It is Ordered that Mr. William Staines< no role > the Contractor
for repairing and keeping in repair the Pavement of the Carriage
Way of the said Saint James Haymarket do upon receipt hereof cause
the said Haymarket to be forthwith repaired according to the Conditions
of the Contract entered into by him with His Majestys Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex and City and Liberty of Westminster .
