To the Worshipful his Majestys Justices of the peace for [..]
County of Middlesex in their General Session of the Peace
assembled.

The humble Petition and Appeal of the
Churchwardens and overseers of the Poor
of the Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch
in the County of Middlesex

Sheweth


That by virtue of an order or pass Warrant
under the hands and Seals of Jenkin Jones< no role > Esquire And
the Reverend [..] George Booth< no role > Baronet two of his Majestys
Justices of the Peace in and for the said County Court
whereof being of the Quorum I bearing datd the
thirtieth day of April last Sarah Ayres< no role > widow of
Jos [..] Ayres< no role > deceased and her five a Children Namely
[..] aged about Ten Years Sarah< no role > aged about Nine
years Thomas< no role > aged about Six Years, Jane< no role > aged
about three years and William< no role > aged about Six Months,
[..] removed and Conveyed from and out of the
Parish of Saint Luther in the said County to the said
Parish of Saint Leonard Shoreditch as the place
of the last legal settlement of the said Sarah Ayres< no role >
widow and her said Five Children, By which your
Petitioners conceive themselves to be Aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
appeal to this Court against the said
order aged Adjudication of the said
Two notices and May Your Worships
will Appoint a day in this present
Session for the hearing and determining
their said Appeal, and your Petitioners
will Pray Etc
