To WIT.}


To the Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish of St. Sepulchre , in the County of Mid-
dlesex , and to the Cuhrch-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint Mary
White Chapel in the County Middlesex

WHEREAS Complaint has been made unto
Us, two of His Majesty's Justices of the
Peace , in and for the County of Middlesex , (one
whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church-
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Said Parish
of St. Sepulchre , Middlesex , That John Forde< no role >
aged [..] twelve years
lately intruded, and
came into the Said Parish of St.Sepulchre , and is
likelybecome Chargeable to the same; We the
Said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises upon
Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same
to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last
legal Settlement of the said John Forde< no role > is in the
parish of Saint Mary White Chapel
in the County of Middlesex

THESE are therefore in His Majesty's Name to
require you, the Church-Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Said Parish of ST.Sepulchre , Mid-
dlesex, on Sight hereof, to remove and convey the
said John Forde< no role >
from and out of your Said Parish, unto the Said Parish
of Saint Mary
and him deliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to Some or to one of
them, together with this our Order, or a true Copy
hereof who are hereby required to receive and provide
for him according to Law.

Given under our Hands and Seals this 26th
Day of January 17 84
