A [..] was made that

It appearing to this Court by the Representation
of the Commissioners for building the New Session House. That
Several sums of Money to the amount of £1200 and Upwards have
been paid by the said Commissioners Chiefly for Alterations and
Accommodations made in the said Session House by the desire of
His Majesty's Justices of the peace and for other matters not
strictly chargeable upon the fund given for building the said
Session House and that there is now due for Work done partly by
order of the said Commissioners previous to his Majestys Justices of
the peace occupying the same and partly for Alterations and
Accommodations made by order of this Majesty's Justices since they
have had the possession there of the Sum of £839.6.17¼979.7.5¾and also
a Sum of £300 to the parish of St Sepulchres towards paving the Seite
of Hicks hall making together the Sum of £1139.6.11¼1279.7..5¾

And it appearing that there is now remaining in the
Hands of the Treasure of he Building fund only the Sum of £29..8.8¼
Itishe recommended to the Commissioners for building the Session House
to direct their Treasurer to pay unto the Treasurer of the County the
Sumseremaining in his Hands and the same hing unanimously
agreed to.

It is Ordered that the Treasurer of this County
after he shall have received the sum of £ 29.8.8¼ from the Treasurer
to the Commissioners do forthwith pay the several Unsatisfied demand
abovementioned to the amount of £1279..7..5¾£1139.6.11½
