It being Represented to this Court that Smith last Session second [..]
of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the County had
during the late some weather ordered that the no
of the poor Prisoners in New Prison at Clerkenwell and the House of
Correction then had should be supplied with shoes and Stockings
and that [..] a Bushel and an half of Coals should be
proserved every day for the general the prisoners in use of each of the said prisons
and that a shew Matteress and counties should be prosecud
for the use of the sick This Court Nights [..] approving the presences
do order that the Respective Keeper of the said Prisons do
every day for fourteen days to come procure a Bushel
and on half of coals for the use of then prisoners and at the end of the 1d. pr day [..]
it is hereby referred to Mr Chairman the Revd Sess. Bouth Bernon< no role >
and Joseph Faikney< no role > by a two of them continued then
and allowances of coals of they shall Judgmt necessary
and it is [..] further ordered that the said Keepers also supply such of them prisoners
or may stand in and three of with shoes and stockings
further order and also that [..] Mr. Neusut
do procure 12 Straw Matresses [..] 12 Counties further
use of the sick in his prison and also the Mr. Harwood
do procure 24 like Matress consider for the use of the
pish in his prison.

In pursuance of the Resolution of come to at the last Session Rooms
it both Commisr. for Building a New Session House for this County
to take into same the whole of this receipts a payment with a view
to discover wherther certain demands made upon his Majesty's
Justices of the peace for the County might by them to be discharged
a Representation from the said Commisrs was lead before the Court of which the falls
is a copy then take in the Representn
