The Humble Petition and Appeal of the
Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of Saint John of Wapping in the County
of Middlesex

Sheweth

That by an Order of Removal under the hands and
Seals of John Woodham< no role > Esqr . and Peter Greene< no role > Esqr . two
of His Majesties Justices of the Peace Acting in and for the
this County (One whereof being of the Quorum) bearing
date the Fourteenth day of January Instant Joseph Studd< no role >
and Rebecca < no role > his Wife were removed from the Parish of
Saint Paul Shadwell in the said County of Middlesex
to the said Parish of Saint John of Wapping as the place of
there last legal Settlement

That Your Petitioners conceive themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order and do Appeal
against the same

Your Petitioners therefore humbly
pray that a day may be appointed the
hear and determine the matter of the
said Appeal and that all Parties
concerned may then Attend
