named in the annexed Pass Warrant, apprehended
by the Church warden and brought
before me, one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace in
and for the County of Middlesex .

Who upon Oath Saith, That he heretofore lived in & rented a house of the
Yearly rent or Value of Ten Pounds & upwards in the Parish of Saint
Nicholas in the City of Bristol & has not since to his knowledge or belief
done any Act to gain a settlement elsewhere
