Session last So Enquire whether any Spot of Ground
can be had in the Vicinity of the Session House
proper for the Erection of a House of Correction and
upon what Terms.

The Confirmation of the Order made at the last
Session that Orders of Estreat upon Recognizances
shall not be reversed untilfourdays notice has
been given to the prosecutor

The Confirmation of the Order that no Lands of
Tenements shall be purchased by the Justices untill
One Months notice has been given in one of the Daily
Papers
