The Report of the Committee appointed
to Examine and Audit the Demands made
by Charles Eyles< no role > Esquire upon the said
County

We whose Names are hereunder Written Four of His
Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex
Members of the said Committee Do Report that having
taken into Consideration the Order of Reference made at the last
General Quarter Session of the Peace holden for this County to
us and others directed vizt. The several accounts following of
"Demands made upon this County being laid before the Court
"vizt. A Bill of William Herbert< no role > for business done for the
"County of Middlesex relating to their Estates. A Bill of the
"said William Herbert< no role > Clerk to the Committee appointed to cary
"into immediate and Effectual Execution the Repair of New
"Prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell . A Bill of Charles Eyles< no role >
"for business done for the County of Middlesex relating to their
"Estates A Bill of the said Charles Eyles< no role > Clerk to the
"Committee appointed to carry into immediate and Effectual
"Execution the Repair of New Prison and Clerkenwell Bridewell
"A Bill of the said Charles Eyles< no role > Clerk to the Committee
"appointed to take into Consideration the Claims and Demands
"of Mr Richard Akerman< no role > This name instance is in set 4413. in Respect to fees supposed to be due
"to him for the discharge and acquittal of certain Persons in his
"Custody It is Ordered that the said Accounts be and they are
"hereby referred to the Committee appointed at the last Session
"of the peace for the said County to Inspect and Methodize the
"Accounts of the Treasurer for this County together with John Spiller< no role >
