His Majestys Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex residing and acting
within the Hundred of [..] bston
having called
together the several Constables to whom warrants
have been directed for Levyingupon every Inhabitant
and diseller in this respective Constable with to and

the contributiontake madefor the Relief at
the [..] Inhabitants of thesaidHundred of Ossulston agt whom
executions have been attainedby virtue of the 1st Geo. 1ststit
and it appearing a very large sum of money
hath been collected the Justices desirous of assisting
the suffersallas much as in their poover hisyou an
direct to
request that you will attend at Hicks Hall in St John Street
on Thursday next the 18th Instant at the hour of one [..] it with toWoundered
whether it willnotbe adviseable to make a dividend
of thesummoney receivedcountyfor the benefit of the suffers.
