been tried for felony on the prosecution of Robert Whiskin< no role >
and the sd. Robt Whiskin< no role >
& Mr. Warley & Edwd. Green< no role >
two Witnesses
having prayed to be allowed for their expences and loss of
time in the said prosecution which this Court think reasonable
It is therefore ordered by this Court that the Treasurer of this
County do forthwith pay to the said Robert Whiskin< no role >
the sum of
eleven Shillings and to the said Wm. Warley< no role >
& Edward Green< no role >
ten shillings & 6d. each.
