Middlesex


At the Delivery of the Kings Gaol of Newgate holden for the
County of Middlesex at Justice hall in the old Bailey in the Suburbs
of the City of London on Wednesday the 20th. day of February 1782.

Whereas Thomas Harwill< no role > and William North< no role > have
at this present Session been tried for felony on the prosecution
of Lewis Montolieu< no role > Esqr. and Nathan Lyon< no role > and Thomas
Withers
< no role > two Witnesses having prayed to be allowed for their
expences and loss of time in the said prosecution which this
Court think reasonable It is therefore ordered that the
Treasurer of this County do forthwith pay to the said
Nathan Lyon< no role > and Thomas Withers< no role > the sum of twenty
shilling & 6d. each.
