The Commee proceeded to examine Mr: Hall Godr.
of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell as to the
number of the prisoners now in his Custody
and it appearing [..] [..] landing the number
of debtors an decreased, yet there are shee [..]
money remaining in Custody It being in agained about that the prisons for the reception of October will be prepaid in a short time and it appearing
that Mr. Adams can receive and provide for
for a short term wages
the Vagrants without great inconvenience
Resolved it is the opinion of their commee that the Resolution of this Commee
of the 10th. of Novr. last concerning the delivery
be confirmedof Vagrants to Mr. Adams untill
further order to the contrary which [..] Resolution was conf
at the last session of the peace holden for this
county should be continued in for an untill the
[..] at the next Session
23d. Day of February next.

Took into consid'n the order of preferrence to this
Commee made at the Session of the peace holden
for this County in the month of September
last vizt. to enquire Etc (Hall take in the order upon Mr. Richard's
complaint)

And Mr. Hall the govern & of the House of Correction at Clerkenwell Mr. Newport the Keeper of Newprison
assuring the commee that they would do every
King in their broser to compel their prisoner in their Custody
to be have decently and reverently during divine
service. Resloved it is the opinion of their commee
that the further considr. of the said order of reference
