At the Delivery of the King Gaol of Newgate holden for the County of
Middlesex at Justices hall in the Old Bailey in the Suburbs of the City
of London on Wednesday the 17th. day of October 1781.

Whereas Benjamin Parish< no role > hath
at this Session been Acquitted of felony on the prosecution of
James Daniel< no role > and Thomas Sollis< no role > a Witness
having prayed to be allowed for his
expences & loss of time in the said prosecution which this Court
think reasonable It is there fore ordered that the Treasurer of this County
do forthwith pay to the said Thomas fifteen shillings & 6d.
