At the Delivery of the King Gaol of Newgate holden for the County
of Middlesex at Justice hall in the old Bailey in the Suburbs of the
City of London on Wednesday the 17th. day of October 1781

Whereas Joseph Wood< no role > and William Wake< no role > have
at this Session been tried for felony on the prosecution of
Mathew Twidall< no role > and Samuel Millwood< no role > Robert Collins< no role >
and Robert Acred< no role > Witnesses having prayed to be allowed for their
expences & Coss of time in the said prosecution which this
Court think reasonable It is therefore ordered that the
Treasurer of this County do forth with pay to the said Samuel
Millwood
< no role > Robert Collins< no role > and Robert Acred Ten shillings
and six pence each
