Take Notice that this Worshipful Court will be moved this day to Shew
Cause why the Order made in the above Cause that the Defendant should
give twenty four hours Notice of Bail to the Prosecutix should not
be set aside and that the Baill hundred named being will known
to the Court should not before the rising of the Court be ascepted
of as good Bail for the Defendant dated the 14th. day of September
1781
