Take Notice that I the said James Mingay< no role > intend to appear at the next
General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the County of Middlesex
at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the said County (by Adjournment) on
wednesday th Eleventh day of July instant at Eight of the Clock in the
Morning and then and there prosecute any Traverse with Effect on an
Indictment by You preferred against me for a Misdemeanor Dated the
third day of July 1781.
