from executing the said Office And having also laid before this Court a Certificate
under the hands of William Pitcairn< no role > Doctor of Physic and of Mr William Fowle< no role >
Apothecary setting forth that the allegations in the Petition above stated so for as relate
to the Sickness of the said William Barrett< no role > and the present state of his Constitution
and true and that the said William Pitcairn< no role > and William Fowle< no role > are of opinion
that the said William Barrett< no role > is not in a proper State of health to serve the Office
of Headborough without a great risque of a Relapse of his Disorder which will be
attended with dangerous consequences to him and due proof being made upon Oath
that the several allegations contained in the saidsaidPetitionabove statedare strictly
true that the names of William Pitcairn< no role > to the Certificate above stated, subscribed
is of the proper hand writing of Doctor William Pitcairn< no role > President of the
College of Physicians in London and that the name William Fowle< no role > to the said
Certificate Signed is of the proper hand writing of William Fowle< no role > of Red Lyon
Square Apothecary and that the said Richard Barrett< no role > did personally serve David
Walker
< no role > Esquire one of his Majesty's Justices of the peace for this County residing
in Hyde Street in the parish of Saint George Bloomsbury and Mr
Coward Linnen Draper in Drury Lane one of the Churchwardens of the
parish of Saint Giles in the fields with Saint George Blooomsbury with Notice of
thishis present application to this Court to be discharged from the said Office of
Headborough for the said Manor of St Giles with Bloomsbury for the year
ensuing
and the said David Walker< no role > and Coward being called
but not appearing and no person shewing cause why the said Richard Barrett< no role >
should not be discharged from the said Office It is ordered that he
said Richard Barrett< no role > be discharged from the Office of Headborough for the
Manor of Saint Giles with Bloomsbury and the said Richard Barrett< no role > is hereby
discharged from the said Office accordingly.
