Whereas two several Indictments are depending and
divers Court overseers have arisen between William Wilkinson< no role >
of the precinet of St. Catherine Labourer George Dake [..] henning< no role > of the same Labourer and Henry Garnner< no role >
of the same Labourer of the one part Robert Tayler< no role > of the
Receipt of St. Catherine Yeoman Thomas wood< no role > of the same
Labourer Joseph Winterflood< no role > indicted by the Name of
Whittelesed< no role > of the same Labourer William Stephens< no role > of the
same Labourer and George Taylor< no role > of the same Labourer of the
other part And whereas for putting and end to the said
Controversies and differences and all matters in difference
between the said Parties touching the said Indictments
under & by virtue of an Order of the Court of General Quarter
Session of the Peace for the County of Middlesex made the
twenty fifth Day of April last by and with the consent of
the Parties their Counsel and Accounes were referred to the
Arbitrament Judgment final End and determination of
Charles Eyles< no role > of Lincolns Inn Esquire And the said William
Wilkinson
< no role > George Darkenkenning< no role > Henry Gardiner< no role > Robert Taylor< no role >
Thomas Wood< no role > Joseph Winterflood< no role > William Stephens< no role > and
George Taylor< no role > have Executed two several Bonds or Obligations
bearing date on or about the eleventh day of May last Past
Whereby they became bound unto each other in the penal
Sum of two hundred Pounds upon Condition to he void
if they and every of them should stand to abide Perform
and Keep the Award Order and final determination of
the said Charles Eyles< no role > so as the said Award should he
made in Writing and ready to be delivered to the Parties
in difference on or before Friday the first Day of June then
next ensuing as by the said Obligations and Conditions
