sever Cardus of Court to that and in aggeivery at his own house

to report their opinion there on be the next Session

Resolved that the said Report he,consd. and this
same is huntlly in all things ratifn'd & confd. recordingly
and it is ordered andreferred & recommended to the said Commee
forthwith to proceed to carry into execution the alterations add others matters a thing's
mentioned and containedrecommended in the said Report 10
Confd. as aforesaid to the order and direction,
of Court therefore made touching the pences
and that the said Commee do also form & return a list of
such Gentlemen as will under taken to visit the
prisoner from him to time to the end mentd. in the above [..]
This court discovering that large sums of money
are every sessions demanded of this county for
the support of the fellons & others convicts [..] safferny judgmts in confinement
at clerkenwell Birdewell andthe order of Court made
