Know all Men by these presents that I Henry
Collingwood Selby
< no role > Clerk of the peace and Clerk of the Goal Delivery of the County of Middlesex
have nominated elected and appointed and by these presents Do
nominate elect appoint and assign Thomas Sterling< no role > of the parish
of Saint Martin in the Fields in the City and Liberty of Westminster
and County of Middlesex aforesaid Gentleman an able and
sufficient person instructed and learned in the Laws of England
to be Clerk of the Arraigns of the County of Middlesex aforesaid
and by himself or his sufficient Deputy duty and lawfully to
execute the said Office of Clerk of the Arruigns of the said County
and to take and receive the just and legal Fees profits and
perquisites thereof long as he the said Thomas Stirling< no role >
shall well justly and honestly demean himself in his said
Office In Witness whereof I the said Henry Collingwood
