and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Saint James within the Liberty
of Westminster
and upon examination into the premisesand upon the Oath
of the said Mar.& It appearing unto this Court that James Archer< no role >
the
Husband of the Pauper Martha whilst a Singleman was on the 30th day
of November 1770 reqularly hired by the year by Mr. Sutton to live
with her in the Capacity of a Footman and continued in her Service
till the year 177 without any fresh hiring In February 1774 Mr.
Sutton came to reside in Titchfield Street
in the parish of Saint Mary
le bone
in the County of Middlesex
on the 14th September 1774 James

Married the Pauper Martha and continued with his Mistress
in Titchfield Street
till the 30th September 1774 when he went with
his Mistress on a Visit into Downs hire for five weeks and from thence
to Windsor where Mr Sutton resided till January 1775 and then
went with his Mistress to Munster House in the parish of Fulham
in the
County of Middlesex
where he continued for a year and a half and
was then discharged This Courtthereforeupon consideration of the
premises circumstances above set forth doth allow the said Appeal
and doth Vacate the order of removal of the said two Justices and the said
Appeal is hereby allowed and the said order of removal of the said two Justices
is herely vacated and set aside accordingly
