By Adjournment 11th Jany 1781

It appearing and this Court that Charles Simes< no role > Surveyor
or Supervisor of the Liberty of Saffron Hill Hatten Garden
and Ely Rents then parts of the parishes of Saint Clement
Danes and Saint Mary le Strand at the within the
Liberty of the Duchy of Lancester and of the [..]
of the Survey appointed at the General Quarter Session of
the Peace holden in and for the said County in the
month of July 1774 by order in pursance of an act of parliament
made and passed in the 14th Year of the Reign of his
present Majesty entitled An Act to lately [..]
this life Inconsequence where of there is a vacaney of
Surveryors or Supervisors of the said District and it also
appearing work this Court that public Notice had been
given that his Majesty Justices of the peace for this
County would this day being in the General Quarter Session of the peace
assembledwould this dayproceed by ballet to begin at the [..] any [..] at their to Act and appoint
a proper person to be Surveyor or Supervisor of
the said district in the room of the said Charles Simes
And Richard Holland< no role > This name instance is in a workspace. of the King Mews Architect
John Sanderson< no role > of Queen Ann Street East in the Parish
of St. Mary le bone Architect and Francis Carter< no role > having
by petition respectively office themselves as candidates to succeed
to the said Appointment this Majesty's Justices of
the peace proceeded to Ballot and atthe abovethe Hour
